Get on Board

Leading Through Change

Change is all around us, and it is what makes the impossible possible. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and corporate leadership, consulting and education, Anne Comer will teach us how to tap into the possibility of change, and how to overcome the natural human resistance to change. This session will give participants a greater understanding of the ways people navigate change, as well as change management strategies to help people get on board and become advocates for change.

Participants will:

  • Understand the different reactions people have to change and how to use each one to advance change with your organization
  • Learn change management strategies that inspire others to get on board with change

  • Learn strategies to overcome resistance and help people become advocates for change
