Presenter:  Kathrina Loeffler


Kathrina Loeffler is the founder and Executive Director of Facilitated Improvement for Corporate Success (FICS). FICS provides facilitated training services to organizations to improve operations. Kathrina is an exceptional facilitator and educator who has spent her career studying how organizations succeed. Her conclusions led her to study and apply the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement to ensure organizational success. Her true passion is in training organizations to apply a combination of the principles of LEAN with effective leadership skills to maximize engagement, productivity and results and therefore embedded a culture of continuous quality improvement.


Workshop Description/Learning Outcomes:


Explore the benefits of highly effective leadership practices that will help you to nurture and grow quality volunteer programs. Through an introduction to the concept of facilitative leadership, participants will understand the skills needed to fully engage staff and volunteers in the work that they do resulting in an increase in both passion and productivity and workplaces that meet client needs with excellence.
