Lianne Picot is a self-described leadership and story obsessive that helps new & aspiring leaders to become INSPIRING leaders. Lianne has worked in the nonprofit sectors in the UK, Ireland and Canada for over 25 years as a practitioner, Executive Director and CEO. Lianne has deep experience in volunteering and has led several volunteer centres as well as a national organization focused on youth action.

She is now a Certified Executive Coach and Part-time Instructor at The Chang School, Ryerson University, teaching in the areas of leadership and organizational effectiveness. Lianne is currently finishing her Master's in Education at OISE, University of Toronto with a focus on Adult Education and Workplace Learning. Lianne is also the creator of ‘The Leadership Leap’, an online leadership course that helps new & aspiring leaders to become inspiring leaders so they can increase their influence and have more impact.
