TAVA Memberships are valid from October 1 through to September 30 of each year. As a volunteer-run organization, we currently do not offer pro-rated memberships. Memberships can be renewed at any time of the year. 

Renew your membership now, to ensure your membership remains ACTIVE and you're able to take advantage of all member benefits.


Regular Membership Fee: $50
If you are able to pay the full amount, this is appreciated. Get started by 
following these steps

STEP 1 - Log into your account by clicking the "person icon" on the top right of the header. 

If you have forgotten your password, you will be prompted to reset a new one. 

STEP 2 - Select VIEW PROFILE. Your membership details will pop up. Click and select RENEW TO [DATE]. This date indicate your next renewal period. 

STEP 3 - Update your contact details. Please review for accuracy and click NEXT

STEP 4 - Confirm and complete payment. You will be given an option to INVOICE ME or PAY ONLINE.

If you choose PAY ONLINE  you will be redirected to PalPal, TAVA's online payment processor where you can complete the transaction with a credit card. You do not need to create a PalPal account for payment to be processed. When paying online your membership is automatically renewed! 

Our preferred method of payment is ONLINE, however we do understand that you or your organization may need to pay using a cheque. If required click INVOICE ME AND CONTACT TAVA DIRECTLY at to arrange for a valid method of payment. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, and in an effort to keep member costs low, TAVA does not have a direct PO Box. When paying using other methods, your membership renewal may be delayed. 


Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) Membership Fee: $1 to $49

For 2020-2021, this option is available to anyone experiencing barriers to the full TAVA fee. No questions asked - any amount is welcomed. This is a one time payment. Our priorities are to keep our community connected and growing, deliver professional development opportunities, and engage as many diverse voices as possible.

How to make the one-time PWYC fee? 

For the PWYC model, we currently accept payment through PayPal to our email at Steps to proceed:

  1. Visit the PayPal website directly. 
  2. Add our email ( as the recipient and customize the membership amount. 
  3. You will be prompted to log in/create an account. From this point, you will be able to add your credit card information and proceed with payment. 

Please allow for 2 business days for your TAVA Membership to be activated and payment reflected. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to accept cheques by mail.
